Buy a Car: what CarmaCars does

Searching for buy a car in Olean? To be clear, CarmaCars rents cars; it does not sell them. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family.

Rent it before you buy it

Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. You can collect the car from us for free, or have it delivered to Olean.

A buyer's checklist

Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Between cars

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
