Engine Repair in Progreso, Chihuahua

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Progreso is about 2,710 km away. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

What CarmaCars does here

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person replies within one business day. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Good habits for your car

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
