Engine Repair in Stumpy Point, NC

Engine Repair for Stumpy Point

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Stumpy Point. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What we arrange

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
