Engine Repair in Tonset, MA

Engine Repair near Tonset

Searching for engine repair in Tonset? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What we arrange

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Questions to ask the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
