Buying a car in Tonset

Shopping for a car in Tonset? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Bridging the gap

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Before you plan around us

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Tonset is outside the area we serve. At roughly 797 km from central Toronto in a straight line, Tonset is outside our delivery area.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Tonset? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you are unsure whether we can help with Tonset, ask; we answer plainly. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

One more step

Tell us the car you are considering, and we will help where we can.
