Mechanic in Exeter, CA

Mechanic in Exeter

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Exeter. Plainly: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Routine maintenance and repairs are done by a mechanic at a shop we trust, not by CarmaCars.

The steps

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

Honest about Exeter

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Exeter. The distance is about 3,460 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Exeter, we say so rather than guess. For work in Exeter, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there.
