Towing in Exeter, CA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,460 km from Exeter, and does not do this work itself. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
