Mechanic in Goderich

Mechanic near Goderich

Mechanic in Goderich: we do not do the work ourselves; we arrange it with a shop we trust. Plainly: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.

How the arrangement works

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

A car while yours is in the shop

When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. A rental bridges the days your car is at the shop. Picking the car up yourself at our location costs nothing.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

Getting a clear quote

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
