Booking the work

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You approve the price before we start. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

What goes into a quote

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Planning around the work

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.

Before you drop the car off

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Our reach

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Stringtown. Stringtown is about 716 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

If you can bring the car to the Toronto area, send a request and we quote it. The work happens around Toronto, so the car has to come to us. If you still want to ask about Stringtown, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
