Shopping for a car in Stringtown

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try.

A test drive that lasts

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Before you sign

Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Bridging the gap

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking.

About distance

There is no CarmaCars location in Stringtown; everything we do starts in Toronto. From our location in Toronto, Stringtown is about 716 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Questions about Stringtown? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
