Towing in Alpha, AR

Towing in Alpha

For a tow in Alpha, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Reach and distance

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Alpha. Alpha lies about 1,536 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Alpha, we say so rather than guess. For a breakdown in Alpha, a local service will reach you faster than we can. If you want to check something for Alpha, send a request; a person replies honestly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Your move

Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
