Towing in Base Genera, Guanajuato

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Base Genera: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How the request works

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Good habits for your car

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

Before the shop starts

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
