Towing in Brookside

Towing in Brookside

If your car needs a tow, send a request: we find a trusted shop for it and keep you moving with a rental. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can deliver a rental car to you while yours is at the shop. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

A car meanwhile

When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. A rental from us means you are not stuck while the shop works. Or pick it up from us; that costs nothing.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Between shop visits

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
