Towing in Callaghan, VA

Getting it done

Towing in Callaghan: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

A note on distance

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Callaghan. Callaghan lies about 664 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Callaghan, we say so rather than guess. We know shops around Toronto best; for Callaghan, we say plainly what we can do. Questions about Callaghan? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
