Towing in Carleton, North Devon

Arranging the work in Carleton

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Carleton is about 1,023 km away. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What CarmaCars does here

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Before the shop starts

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
