Towing in Castleton, KS

Towing: how we help

Searching for towing in Castleton? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How the request works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

CarmaCars and Castleton

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Castleton. Castleton is about 1,700 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If we do not know a shop in Castleton, we say so rather than guess. We know shops around Toronto best; for Castleton, we say plainly what we can do. Still have a question about Castleton? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.

Ready when you are

Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
