Towing in Complex, NC

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 912 km from Complex, and does not do this work itself. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Who does what

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
