Collision Replacement Car in Complex, NC

Getting a car in Complex

If you need a car while yours is off the road in Complex, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. What this means: A car while yours is repaired after a collision, billed to your insurer when your adjuster approves it. Our team reads every request; there is no automatic booking.

A note on distance

CarmaCars has no branch in Complex. We rent from one location in Toronto. At roughly 912 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Complex is outside our delivery area.

Our cars stay around Toronto, so for Complex we can only help with the Toronto part of your travel. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. If you still want to ask about Complex, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Who rents this way

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

The details that matter

When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly, and we deliver the car to you. If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. A request is free and commits you to nothing.

What to bring

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How renting with us works

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

When you know your dates

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
