Towing in Dewars

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Dewars. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Toronto based

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Dewars. Measured in a straight line, Dewars is about 292 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Dewars, we say so rather than guess. For a breakdown in Dewars, a local service will reach you faster than we can. Tell us what you need in Dewars, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
