Keep moving with a rental while your car is at the shop, by the day at our usual rates. When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. Collecting it in person at our location is always free of charge.
Car care, briefly
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
