Towing in Durango, FL

Towing in Durango

If you need a tow in Durango: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Between shop visits

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
