Towing in Gerald, MO

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,172 km from Gerald, and does not do this work itself. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Honest about distance

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Gerald. Our delivery reaches about 250 km from Toronto, and Gerald is about 1,172 km away.
