Towing in Hampton, NS

Getting it done

For a tow in Hampton, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

From request to repair

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Before the shop starts

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Before you plan

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Hampton. With Hampton about 1,113 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

We know shops around Toronto best; for Hampton, we say plainly what we can do. For work in Hampton, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. Tell us what you are planning in Hampton, and we will say what we can and cannot do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Your move
