Towing in Jerrett, AR

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Jerrett is about 1,285 km away. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
