What you get

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

When it makes sense

Before you rent

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Your booking, in three steps

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Talk to a person

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
