Towing in Kiesling, TX

Arranging the work in Kiesling

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Kiesling. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person replies within one business day. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
