Towing in Macdoel, CA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,455 km from Macdoel, and does not do this work itself. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
