About renting in Macdoel

Searching for car rental in Macdoel? Here is the honest picture from CarmaCars, a Toronto rental company. For this kind of rental: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. A person confirms every booking before anything is charged.

What we cover

We are based in Toronto; Macdoel is not somewhere we have a location. The distance is about 3,448 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 80 km.

For Macdoel itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. If you still want to ask about Macdoel, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

When it makes sense

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Why this way of renting

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

How it works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Send a request

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
