Towing in Maple View

Towing: how we help

Towing in Maple View: we do not do the work ourselves; we arrange it with a shop we trust. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How the arrangement works

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

A car while yours is in the shop

We deliver the rental, or you collect it from us for free. Choose a car that suits your week; delivery is priced in the offer. There is no charge to collect the car from us yourself.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
