Towing in Michaelangelo, FL

Arranging the work in Michaelangelo

Towing in Michaelangelo: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Our part and the shop's part

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Before you plan around us
