Towing in Millbrook, NS

Arranging the work in Millbrook

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,272 km from Millbrook, and does not do this work itself. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

A short checklist

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Before you plan

We are based in Toronto; Millbrook is not somewhere we have a location. About 1,272 km in a straight line separate Millbrook from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.
