Towing in Modoc, AR

Arranging the work in Modoc

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Modoc. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Our area

Modoc is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. We do not deliver as far as Modoc, about 1,441 km from our location in Toronto.
