Towing in Olean, VA

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Olean. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
