Towing in Optimo, NM

Towing near Optimo

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Optimo is about 2,338 km away. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Between shop visits

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
