Arranging the work in Patrick

Towing in Patrick: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

From request to repair

A person replies within one business day. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

What CarmaCars covers

Patrick is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. At about 1,510 km from central Toronto, Patrick is past the 80 km our delivery covers.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If we do not know a shop in Patrick, we say so rather than guess. A request about Patrick gets an honest answer from a person. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
