Car Financing in Patrick, AR

Before you buy in Patrick

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

Before your next car arrives

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.
