Towing in Pinehurst, OR

Towing near Pinehurst

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Pinehurst. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
