Towing in Pratt, MO

Arranging the work in Pratt

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Pratt. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Before the shop starts

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
