Towing in Refugio, TX

Arranging the work in Refugio

Towing in Refugio: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Small things that help

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Questions to ask the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
