Towing in Roubaix, SD

Getting it done

If you need a tow in Roubaix: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How the arrangement works

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. A person replies within one business day. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
