Towing in Ruby, WA

Arranging the work in Ruby

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 2,946 km from Ruby, and does not do this work itself. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Car care, briefly

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
