Towing in Simcoe, ND

Arranging the work in Simcoe

For a tow in Simcoe, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person replies within one business day.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
