Towing in Spring Point, AB

Arranging the work in Spring Point

For a tow in Spring Point, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person replies within one business day. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Car care, briefly

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Talking to the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Our area and Spring Point
