Towing in Strool, SD

Towing for Strool

For a tow in Strool, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Who does what

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

What to ask

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
