Buying a car in Strool

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. Tell us the car you are looking for and we will help where we can, and you can rent a similar car first.

Rent it before you buy it

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Checks worth doing

Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Bridging the gap

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.

What we cover

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Strool. Strool is about 1,860 km from central Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 80 km we deliver to.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. For buying in Strool, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Still have a question about Strool? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
