Towing in Summit, UT

Towing for Summit

For a tow in Summit, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Car care, briefly

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
