Towing in Upper Town, CA

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Upper Town, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How we help

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Talking to the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Car care, briefly

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Our area, and Upper Town
