Towing in Violet, TX

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 2,416 km from Violet, and does not do this work itself. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Who does what

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person replies within one business day. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Between shop visits

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
