What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Booking, step by step

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Licence, age and card

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
