Towing in Windham, IL

Towing in Windham

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 722 km from Windham, and does not do this work itself. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Good habits for your car

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

What to ask

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
